Ken loves solving business problems, spending time with entrepreneurs, and trying out the latest technologies.

Jonathan Bega is the co-founder and CEO of Gestalt Capital. He has had a background across tech, consulting, business, and investing. He has run the firm since conception and loves working closely with business owners and searchers. Outside of Gestalt, Jonathan enjoys kickboxing and reading.

Brandon is an Associate at Gestalt Capital and was the first employee with the group. Formerly at BDO, he is a master of Excel and helps the team with both our portfolio companies and new deals. An entrepreneur at heart, he plays an active role in supporting operational improvements across the portfolio. He loves hockey and running.

With a background in HR, sales, and purchasing, as well as experiences across Canada, the US, and Taiwan, Charlene helps keep the team focused and on task. She writes in her spare time and enjoys hanging out with her dog.

An Associate at Gestalt Capital, Kyle monitors our existing investments and helps evaluate new opportunities. He joined the team after four years at RSM specializing in financial due diligence for mid-market acquisitions. He also brings prior experience from KPMG. He enjoys hockey and spending time outdoors.

As the Head of Finance, Emilia brings over a decade's experience in full-cycle accounting and financial planning and analysis. She has worked in Canada, the US, and China, and enjoys building efficient financial systems and supporting data-driven decisions. She loves playing piano, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors with her family.
